Class Descriptions:
- Boot Camp: Andrew is back! Come get your workout on with some serious training. This fun class focuses on strength training, while mixing it up with cardio.
- Butt & Gut: That's right! 45 minutes to work on those two annoying areas. Intense targeted training of the butt and abs.
- Cardio Blast: A challenging mix of step, high/lo, kickboxing, gliding, and pilates.
- Cardio Combo: 60 Minute classfeaturing step aerobics and weight training.
- Cardio Sport: A high intensity group exercise to music for all fitness levels. Includes high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness along with upper and lower body conditioning.
- Elementary Sport: Fun filled physical activities for elementary school ages.
- Kickboxing: A practical approach to Kickboxing; learn powerful strikes and fluid movement. This is the real thing!
- Gentle Yoga: A great class for beginners for those who need a good stretch. This class will incorporate basic yoga postures that will tone and elongate the muscle.

Glide and Ball Combo: Cardio combination and strength using 3 tools: the glide, medicine ball, and power ball.
- Feelin' Fabulous 50+: A low impact cardiovascular training geared towards increasing range of motion, building strength, and flexibility.
- Interval Challenge: Cardio and strength training intervals. Modifications made for all levels.
- Low and Tone: Low impact cardio moves and toning.
- Peak Physique: Improve muscle tone and metabolic rate with the ultimate resistance-training workout. Using the ball, bands, bars, and tubing. Like working with your own personal trainer.
- Pilates: A dynamic mind, body-conditioning class based on a unique system stretching and strengthening exercise developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. This workout will strengthen and tone muscles; improve posture; flexibility and balance; and unite body and mind to create a more streamlined shape.
- Pi-Yo: A fusion style flexibility workout combining dance, pilates, strength, and yoga.
- Power Yoga: A high-energy yoga class that places a greater emphasis on strength and flexibility and balance; and unite body and mind to create a more streamlined shape.
- Spinning: A 45 minute ride led by our Spinning instructors. No experience necessary.
- Spin & Tone: Combine intense upper body strength work with cardiovascular intervals done on the spin bikes and you get an incredible conditioning workout to compliment our overall fitness program.
- Step Express: A high intensity and fast paced step class.
- Step & Abs: A combination class with Step and ending with abs.
- Step & Tone: Double your workout with this power packed cardiovascular step workout combined with weight training exercises to tone and strengthen.
- Summer Training: Jumping jacks, running movements and drill, vertical jumps and intense basic cardio. Drills will be used to get you started, squats, push-ups, lower and upper body polymeric exercises will be added to challenge your pre-exhausted muscles and push them to perform harder than you thought they could.
- Tight & Tone: Hight intensity toning focusing on the glutes, legs, upper body and abs.
- Total Pump: Improve muscle tone and increase metabolic rate with the ultimate resistance training work out. Using bands, barbells, tubing. It's like working with your own personal trainer.
- Turbo Kick: Intense cardio workout that utilizes movements from the sport of kickboxing set to music.
- Vinyasa Yoga: Based on the ancient tradition of Hatha Yoga, this class links yoga postures together to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.

for Kids Training: Using principals based on the ancient tradition of hatha yoga, this class is a fun approach to teaching health and fitness to children. This is a non-competitive environment, we use mindful movements, games, share circles, breath work, and visualization to energize the body and calm the mind.
Class Guidelines:
You are very important to us. Please read the following guidelines. They will maximize your enjoyment of the classes, but more importantly ensure your safety and the safety of others.
- If this is your first class, please introduce yourself to the instructor so that he or she can pass o helpful hints that will increase your comfort and success in class.
- If at anytime during class you begin to feel nauseous, dizzy, or extremely fatigued, please alert the instructor.
- If you are pregnant, taking medications, or have any medical problems that may effect your performance in class please notify the instructor.
- Please try to arrive on time.
